Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
2 egg yolks
Olive oil
garlic of 2 cloves
Parsley

Receipt:
Potatoes of skin and blow of axe in small pieces.

To make the garlic mayonnaise (sauce with garlic):
